Imposible ipa

Hazy IPA | ABV: 5,1%

Our new favourite hop Mapuche is grown on an unlikely latitude in Southern Argentina. Mapuche has improbable flavours of bubblegum, rounded off with over-ripe mango and pineapple. We thought this hop from Argentina was impossible - we also thought it was impossible to score a goal with your hand. Imposible IPA is hopped generously with Mapuche on the cold side, giving a delicate bubblegum aroma. Left unfiltered, there is a delicate haze and a well-rounded body providing a delicious mish-mash of flavours with the hop bill. This is the first in a series of Impossible IPAs, using little known hops and little known growing techniques.
