These two ancient warrior birds have done battle since the dawn of time to knock the stuffing out of one another. This double IPA is a feast of a beer, bursting with flavour from a hop menu of tried-and-tested classics: Mosaic (the tropical titan that makes Midway a best-seller year after year); Citra (for smooth floral and citrus notes); Azacca (brings some zest to the fiesta); Cascade (the hop that started it all and gave Goose IPA to the world); Sultana (big, ripe, fruity flavours, just as the name suggests). Also joining us at the table this year is Upsala, bringing with it a juicy red berry bomb.
